Model ML, founded by Chaz and Arnie Englander (formerly of Fancy), is launching a platform to automate financial research workflows using AI-native infrastructure and autonomous agents.
They are preparing to release “super agents” capable of drafting research memos and earnings summaries with minimal human input.
The company recently raised a $12 million seed round from Y Combinator and LocalGlobe to build tools for financial professionals.

This strategy is enabling rapid innovation across Asia and reshaping the global AI landscape.
T-Mobile has launched a satellite service powered by Starlink, enabling nationwide text messaging, location sharing, and 911 emergency calling in areas without cellular coverage.
The service automatically activates when traditional networks are unavailable and also supports image messaging on Android devices.
Pricing starts at $10 per month and will later increase to $15, while premium T-Mobile plans will include the service at no extra cost.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai expressed excitement about OpenAI’s decision to host services on Google Cloud, praising its open platform and AI infrastructure.
The move helps OpenAI reduce dependency on Microsoft Azure and supports Google Cloud’s continued revenue growth, which surpassed $13 billion in the second quarter.
Pichai emphasized that this collaboration will drive innovation and benefit the broader AI industry.
OpenAI released a global economic report showing over 500 million users generate 2.5 billion ChatGPT messages per day, including 330 million from the U.S.
The data suggests that AI is significantly boosting productivity—for example, saving teachers and government workers up to an hour per day on routine tasks.
OpenAI also launched a research collaboration to explore AI’s broader effects on labor markets, economic growth, and workplace efficiency.
